Hi! I'm Holly Rigby, an experienced lawyer and MIT-trained engineer turned decluttering and organization expert. As a wife, mom of two energetic boys, and a busy professional I understand the struggle of balancing it all.With my background in law and engineering, I bring a unique blend of precision and practicality to the world of home organization. For close to a decade, I've counseled clients in the legal space, honing my skills in efficiency and client satisfaction. Decluttering Coaching & Home OrganizationLet us be your personal guide in decluttering and organizing your home.As we work on your project, we will execute our signature process where we:
ALIGN your space with your lifestyle and set goals for its look, feel, and function,
CURATE your belongings to match your vision, and
ELEVATE your space with aesthetically pleasing and highly functional organization solutions.This simple three step process enables you to get started quickly, make decisions based on your values, and achieve a beautiful and easily maintainable solution.

Virtual SessionsWe offer one-hour sessions of virtual decluttering and home organization. We find that attacking a project in one-hour increments, especially in a virtual setting, maximizes efficiency and minimizes exhaustion.These virtual sessions are 1-on-1 with Holly and are specifically designed to:
- Address the specific needs of your chosen space
- Provide flexibility to move through your space at your own pace
- Offer privacy and one-on-one supportWe’ll actively work on your chosen space throughout each one hour session. You'll learn key strategies for fitting decluttering into your everyday life, dealing with sentimental items, and maintaining your space with minimal effort.
Your space will feel cleaner and function better after each completed session. We recommend taking a before and after picture!We will design a functional organization system for your space and will source any necessary organization products and have them shipped directly to your home.Please note that we do not expect to complete most projects in a single, one-hour virtual session.Smaller projects, for example, a closet, a pantry, or a bathroom, may be completed in 2-3 sessions. It may take 4+ sessions to complete larger projects, for example, a kitchen, a playroom, a storage room, or an office.For those tackling larger projects and/or seeking a whole-home solution, we offer a discounted rate with a purchase of 5 or 10 sessions.

In-Home ServicesIf you are located in the Boston area (MetroWest and nearby towns), please consider our in-home services.We require a free consultation call to take place prior to beginning an in-home decluttering or organization engagement. This allows us to understand your space and your goals and ensures that we can perform our work most efficiently upon arriving at your home.During our in-home session, we will seamlessly execute our signature decluttering & organization process. First, we will declutter and refresh your space, curating your belongings to align with your goals. Next, we will design a functional organization system for your remaining items. Then, we will implement our design with aesthetically-pleasing organization products to elevate your space.

COMING SOON: Small Group Decluttering Coaching

Experience the power of community and shared accountability while learning personalized strategies and tips.Limited to 4 clients per session, this option provides personal attention at a fraction of the cost of private coaching. We will coach you and each other group member through our signature decluttering and organization process, learning your goals and personalizing our teaching accordingly.You will actively work on your home during a one hour session. You will see and feel a measurable difference after each session.Our small group coaching will be launching in Spring 2024!
